For one man, he was tired of his neighbors walking across his lawn, so he decided to use his sprinklers to teach them a lesson. Enter sprinkler-gate.
As seen in the video that recently went viral, a man set up a motion detector sprinkler to spray people as they walk across his lawn. The video was shared by Thomas Lyons, who claims he had previously asked neighbors not to walk across his lawn.
“More lawn pirates! Asked nicely everyday to stay off the lawn but people just keep coming,” Lyons captioned the video.
According to Boing Boing, his original video has been viewed 43 million times. It is unknown if this has completely stopped his neighbors from walking across his lawn. Hopefully they don’t take advantage of it, and bring a slip n slide with them next time.
