Have you spent some quality time outside today?  And we’re not just talking about the walk from the car to Starbucks, we mean QUALITY time.

If you’ve spent all day indoors and feel a little sluggish, that might be the reason why.

A new poll conducted by Talker Research on behalf of RVshare found that the average person needs to spend about 67 minutes outside every day in order to feel “refreshed!”

According to SWNS Digital, the poll of 2,000 American adults found that 68% of us say that spending time outdoors “relaxes” us, puts us in a better mood (66%), and helps clears our heads (64%).

We can only imagine most of these people have never been outside in Texas during the summer.

Forget 67 minutes, spend six minutes outside in Texas in the middle of August and see how “refreshed” you feel!
