
PLAINFIELD, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A Plainfield man is accused of assault with a pizza.
Plainfield police said that Lee Hopper, 44 ended an argument with his grandmother who's 83 years old by hitting her in the face with a frozen pizza.
The Herald News reported that Hopper wanted his grandmother to relocate upstairs. She didn't want to and that led to the incident. Hopper is also charged with hitting the older woman with a garbage can in her home back on May 28.
Hopper is charged with felony Aggravated Battery and Misdemeanor Domestic Battery of his grandmother. He denied throwing anything at the older woman.
