Progress on the largest facility project in Utica Community Schools history

A milestone for Utica Community Schools. Graebner Elementary will open to the public with a ribbon cutting Sunday following a huge, year-long redevelopment project. WWJ's Taylor Dietz talked to Superintendent Robert Monroe about the ribbon cutting and several other projects.
