MLB's Trading Deadline is 6pm Eastern Time today and the Braves have been frustratingly quiet leading up to the cut off while some other contenders have made significant additions, but the Braves did grab another reliever today when they traded for Rockies pitcher Brad Hand.
Brad Hand, who was a three-time All Star from 2017-2020, signed with the Rockies ahead of the 2023 season to a one-year, $2 million contract, with a team option for 2024.
Braves GM Alex Anthopoulos will continue to look to add players he feels can help the Braves win right up to the 6pm deadline.
