NEW YORK (KMOX) - St. Louis Cardinals centerfielder Harrison Bader was back in his home state leading his team to a three-game sweep of the New York Mets this week. He had a delicious celebration after the final victory.

He brought a pair of slices of New York-style pizza into his postgame interview.
“New York-style pizza is delicious,” said the 27-year-old who grew up just north of Manhattan in Riverdale, New York. “New York-style bagels, New York-style pizza, is just good for the soul.”
In Wednesday's 11-4 victory, Bader had a home run and three RBI. He even got to celebrate with his family who were sitting right next to the dugout:
St. Louis outscored New York 26-10 in the series and now have a full game lead for the second Wild Card spot over the San Diego Padres (the Cincinnati Reds are 1.5 back). Bader had five hits in the series, including a double, home run and four RBI.
That's a pretty delicious series for the Gold Glove candidate.
