Despite being a Heisman winner, Alabama QB Bryce Young is more motivated than ever

Alabama QB Bryce Young has been all he was supposed to be and more, and while he entered 2021 as the big question-mark, he eventually went on to win the Heisman and lead Alabama to the CFB Playoff Title Game.

The Crimson Tide didn't accomplish their ultimate goal, losing to Georgia in the championship game despite handing them a loss in the SEC Championship Game, and it has left Bryce Young hungry to be even better than he was in his Heisman-winning campaign.

"It doesn't feel any different, it's the same approach for me," says Bryce Young when asked about returning after a Heisman-winning season. "We all approach it with a chip on our shoulder considering how last year ended. It's a huge honor, but it doesn't entitle me to anything moving forward, I have to work harder than I have been, it's something that's in the past for me."

"As an individual and as a team last year we didn't reach our goal, whenever you come so close you're not able to reach your goal, there's definitely going to be more fuel to the fire," says Young.
