As Riley Greene climbs the ladder to the majors, so does he rise among baseball's top prospects.
After starting the season No. 21 among MLB Pipeline's top 100, Greene jumped to No. 7 in Thursday's midseason update.
With Spencer Torkelson at No. 4 — a slight drop from No. 3 to start the year — the Tigers are the only team in baseball with two position players ranked among the game's top 10 prospects.
Making his debut in the top 100 is third overall pick Jackson Jobe. The 19-year-old right-hander checks in at No. 50. He's the only member of Detroit's 2021 draft class to crack the top 100.

Fellow first-rounder Ty Madden (No. 32 overall) checks in at No. 5 among Detroit's top 30 prospects, one spot behind catcher Dillon Dingler.
The biggest mover among Detroit's top 30 was shortstop Ryan Kreidler, who jumped from No. 19 to No. 10. Kreider was promoted to Triple-A Toledo this week, along with Torkelson and Greene, and homered in both of his first two games with the MudHens.
Shortstop Marcelo Mayer, drafted by the Red Sox one pick after Detroit took Jobe, debuted at No. 9 among the top 100. Pitcher Jack Leiter, who went second overall to the Rangers, came in at No. 12 and first overall pick catcher Henry Davis of the Pirates came in at No. 23.
