One of football’s most colorful personalities, former Seahawks and Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch, is always a fun interview (well maybe not always), but whenever Beast Mode speaks, producers in the truck better have the dump button ready.

It’s been a busy month for Lynch who, in addition to announcing a pick at last week’s NHL Expansion Draft in Seattle, recently revealed a new partnership with BetMGM, coming on as a brand ambassador for the Vegas-based sportsbook. Lynch took time out of his hectic schedule to appear on Wednesday’s First Take, where the charming 35-year-old shared which current NFLer reminds him most of himself, among other discussion topics.

Never one to censor himself, the five-time Pro Bowler cursed while weighing in on Green Bay’s ongoing Aaron Rodgers saga, prompting host Max Kellerman to remind Lynch First Take is a “family program.” Unfazed by Kellerman scolding him for his coarse language, the Oakland native responded as only he could.

Add “I’m a family man” to Lynch’s ever-expanding list of memorable catchphrases, joining other iconic witticisms like “I’m just here so I won’t get fined,” “take care of y’all chicken,” “run through a motherf-----‘s face” and “I’m just about that action, boss.” Even in his post-playing days, Lynch, who ranks 29th on the NFL’s all-time rushing list with 10,413 career yards, remains quotable as ever.
