Marcus Smart left Saturday night's game against the Lakers early in the fourth quarter with a painful-looking calf injury.
A short time later, the Celtics ruled Smart out for the rest of the game with what they're calling a left calf strain. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Smart will undergo an MRI on Sunday.
Before the Celtics even announced Smart's injury, though, the Lakers social media team apparently decided it would be a good idea to highlight the play on which Smart got hurt.

They're obviously trying to highlight LeBron James' pass and Montrezl Harrell's second effort on the play, but it should be pretty obvious what everyone's going to notice, which is Smart's injury and the announcers commenting on it.
It's not like this was such an incredible play that the Lakers just had to highlight it. Considering there was an injury on the play, perhaps that tweet should've stayed in the drafts.
The Lakers ultimately held on for a 96-95 win. As for Smart, if it really is just a calf strain, that would be a big sigh of relief for the Celtics.
