The Pirates blew another big lead, losing the game and the series to the San Francisco Giants.
For young kids, the outcome of the game doesn't really matter. An army of school buses drove young students down to the North Shore to take in the 3rd career start of pitching sensation Paul Skenes.
One group of elementary school kids from Greensburg Salem celebrated Skenes day with some fake mustaches.
That promoted SportsNet Pittsburgh's sideline reporter Hannah Mears to talk to the group of kids.
One boy used the opportunity on air to shoot his shot with Skenes' girlfriend, Livvy Dunne.
Asked what his favorite thing about Skenes is, the student replied, "his mustache and LIVVY DUNNE!"
Well done young man, well done.
