Detroit mayor addresses 'teen takeover' issue at Mackinac Policy Conference

Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield pushed back when WWJ reporter Tim Pamplin suggested that her initial efforts to quell the teen take overs fell flat. They started in downtown, and spread to the neighborhoods and the suburbs.
