The atmosphere at Alex Box stadium is second to none on any LSU gameday, and the same holds true on celebration Wednesday.
A massive crowd of Tigers fans was on-hand Wednesday in Baton Rouge to fete the 2023 national champion LSU Tigers, who defeated Florida on Monday to earn the 7th title in school history. Gov. John Bel Edwards, EBR Mayor Sharon Weston-Broome, key players including Dylan Crews and Paul Skenes, and of course head coach Jay Johnson spoke and more importantly thanked fans for the support.
The event also included a fireworks celebration over the intimidator billboard that looks down on left field. The design has already been updated to include the 2023 national championship logo, and it will be updated prior to the 2024 season to include all seven title dates.
