JK Rowling is magical in more ways than one.
One of the richest, most famous authors, JK continues to use her fame and fortune for good and this time it is for multiple sclerosis.
JK made a MAJOR donation for research into the treatment of multiple sclerosis at a center named after her late mother.
The $18.8 million donation was announced early Thursday morning and will be used for new facilities at a research center based at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
JK's mother suffered from the disease and died at the age of 45.
What a great way to give back JK!
