They got more than just a conversation.. They got a call from Brad Paisley and a lot of beer!
Brad surprised the best friends with a Zoom call on Saturday after their post started to go viral; He also shipped hundreds of dollars worth of beer directly to their house, buying out a local beer distributor of all the Bud Light they had.
According to the report from a local TV station, Brad said in the Zoom call, “Man, I am so thrilled to meet you, face to face like this. I’m so inspired by you, and we thought we should deliver more beer than you could possibly drink… This is going to be a popular destination on this street.”
Brad even treated the audience to a live take of his new song, “There’s No ‘I’ In Beer” and joined via Zoom the block party the best friends were having.
I believe Brad said it best on the Zoom call, “Love and alcohol, those two things just go together."
