Brad Paisley stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" yesterday, virtually, of course, where they talked about a variety of subjects, including what Brad did during his quarantine, and his 100-percent free grocery store in Nashville and more.
Brad shared that he was actually in Canada when things started shutting down in the U.S. and he was actually able to get one last show in before live music stopped.
"I felt like we got one past the goalie," Brad said. "It was really, really crazy to play one more show knowing that everything else was shut down. I was able really soak it in with that audience, and I think we all knew, 'OK this is it for a long time.'"
Brad said he and his wife spent time on their Nashville farm during the lockdown, and even adopted some donkeys.
He also talked about getting to connect with fans and frontline workers through Zoom, and about including fans from all over the world in his video for "No I In Beer."
