We knew that the pre-sale for the Garth Brooks limited-edition “Legacy Collection” vinyl collection was going to be big, we just didn't know it was going to be THIS BIG..

Yesterday Forbes recorded (and Garth tweeted) that in just the pre-sale alone, 420,000 vinyl records were sold in 18 hours!

To give you some perspective as to how big of a pre-sale this was, the record for the most vinyl records sold was held by The Beatles with 321,000 records in a 12 month period!

OH MY GOODNESS GARTH!

Unfortunately, fans that bought the box sets they won’t be getting them right away though. It will take over eight months to manufacture the sets, especially since the first window of sales allowed fans to pick special numbers which will be etched onto their package.

First Garth broke the record for Heinz Field attendance, now this.. Garth is just a force to be reckoned with!

We can't wait to hear Garth's music live May 18th at Heinz Field!
