It's time to 'get real' once again! This time about Speakerphones & how you SHOULDN'T be using them in public!
Speakerphones are meant to be used in situation where your hands are busy or multiple people need to be on the phone at the same time..
NOT while you're in a restaurant and the employees and staff can hear you sipping on soup and talking about your colonoscopy.
So lets get real and cover the WHEN IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO USE SPEAKERPHONES IN PUBLIC:
- A business meeting
- Someone is helping you change a tire
- You found a puppy and are in need of me to come take him or her home
- Someone is in need of being rescued
- The Uber is lost and you're in desperate need to get home for Game of Thrones
THAT IS IT! Not at the grocery store, not in a restaurant, not while you're in Bath and Body Works having a great time during their candle sale. Save it for Snap chat in the car, NO ONE NEEDS YOUR SPEAKERPHONE CONVERSATION IN THE STORE!
