We all know Miranda Lambert loves animals as much as I do!

Miranda started the MuttNation Foundation, an organization with the mission of ending animal suffering and homelessness on every front, including raising over millions of dollars to aid organizations, government institutions and entities that build animal shelters for better care and increased pet adoption.

In honor of MuttNation’s 11th anniversary in 2020, the organization gave away $160,000 in surprise grants to 50 animals shelters this week as part of its Mutts Across America initiative!

Miranda said in an interview with NashCountryDaily, “We both feel such a deep connection with animals and have so much compassion for the ones that need us the most. Mutts Across America lets us reward the hard-working shelters and give a ‘paw up’ to their lucky mutts. Our big message is that we encourage everyone to adopt from their local shelter or, if they’re not in the market for a new dog or cat, volunteer at their local rescue.”

Love this!

Way to go Miranda and MuttNation Foundation!

Keep up the AMAZING work that you do!
