AAAAAND there's a brand new face in the cast, but one that you'll definitely know!
YUP! Phylicia Rashad was just cast as BETH'S MOM!! Honestly, if I've EVER seen perfect casting, this is definitely it!
Mrs. Huxtable was a boss lady back in the 80s, and that's the exact kind of character I imagine Beth getting her boss lady skills from!
According to EW.com, Rashad will be in at least one episode this season - one that's all about Beth's back story! And apparently, the episode has already been filmed!!
Obviously I haven't seen the episode yet, but I don't have to see it to know 'This Is Us' fans wouldn't mind having her in a recurring role!!!
