It's not just officially the start of Fall, you guys. We have entered into SOBBING SZN.
Because, yes, 'This Is Us' Season 4 starts tonight and I KNOW it's going to require tissues for tears!!!
All summer long, the show has been TAUNTING us with phrases like, "If you think you know what's coming next, then you don't know us."
And if you can't wait until 8pm on NBC tonight to see WHAT THE HECK IS GONNA HAPPEN...Good news! They've given us a sneak peek of the first episode of Season 4!

I haven't watched it yet because I want to watch the entire episode at once, which I think is probably a terrible strategy if I want to cry less during this show...buttttttt I guess I'll just have to stock up on Kleenex!
