Corporal Brandon Rumbaugh joined the Marines in 2007.
While serving in Afghanistan, Corporal Rumbaugh stepped on an IED while carrying a fellow Marine to safety, resulting in the loss of both of his legs.
He earned a Navy Commendation medal with a V for Valor.
On Friday, Corporal Rumbaugh, who lives in Pittsburgh, received a $16,000 all-terrain, tracked wheelchair at the Toby Keith concert held at Highmark Stadium!
The wheelchair was presented to Corporal Rambaugh from Toby Keith and The Independence Fund, a national nonprofit that assists in helping wounded Veterans.
