It's National Adopt A Shelter Dog Month!

I'm so fortunate to be able to have a platform to be able to promote something that I care about so much and that's helping to clear shelters/rescues by finding dogs a loving home that they deserve.

Steel City Dog Rescue, is a small rescue located on the back country roads in Beaver County. The owner, Jacque Buchheimer, invited Y108 and myself out to the rescue to meet the pups, and I have to say, these pups are so sweet, I almost came home with a few pups for myself!

The rescue has been running for almost ten years now out of Jacque's home and when I say she rescues dogs, I mean she rescues them! From dogs with physical disabilities to those that have been abused, this rescue is literally saving the lives of these sweet pups.

Chance, the white dog you see me cuddling up with, is one of the sweetest dogs I've met! All he wants is his toy and some extra butt scratches.

Jackson, the big boy sitting on the chair that I gave the nickname Tank, has a heart bigger than his body. Within minutes of meeting him, Jackson was sitting on my foot and giving me puppy eyes for some extra head scratches.

And finally there is this cutie pie below, Brodie.. He acts and looks like my Brody with his white belly! You can tell his head is a little unique, but that doesn't stop him from showing you and all the dogs around him ALL the love!
