Kenny Chesney Sells Nashville-Area Mansion For $11.5 Million

Market that house as OFF THE MARKET!

Kenny Chesney has officially sold his Nashville area mansion, although he apparently took a hit on the asking price.

The singer put his four-bedroom, nine-bath home in Franklin, Tennessee on the market for $13.9M, but sold it for $11.5 mil. While that is lower than asking price, when Kenny first bought it in 2009 he paid $9.25 mil.

And while the $11.5 million may seem like a hefty payout, the new homeowners certainly get a lot for their money. The home features a 10-car garage, a home theatre, infinity swimming pool, spa, and a limestone fireplace, just to name a few of the nice amenities.
