Pittsburgh Pirates Announce Name Of First Team Dog!

It's official.. his name is BUCCO!

The Pittsburgh Pirates announced during Monday night's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers that the name of the Pirates' first team dog was voted by the fans as Bucco.

It was announced in April that the Pirates had teamed up with Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs to ultimately provide a military veteran in need.

You may catch a glimpse of Bucco at PNC Park this summer while he is in training. The Pirates Pup will be socializing with guests as part of his training.
