Demi Moore shared her recent whitewater rafting trip with her nearly 5 million Instagram followers.
Moore posted a carousel of images from a guided trip through the Grand Canyon via the Colorado river.
Along with a number of majestic nature pictures, included were photos highlighting Moore herself. She can be seen in numerous images sporting a black two-piece swimsuit.
One image features the actress under a waterfall with her arms outstretched, living in the moment.
The other photos showed Moore with her rafting group, dancing with friends, and enjoying time near the waterfall.
Her caption for the post included a shout out to the company which guided the group down the river and reflection on the trip.
“We laughed, cried and formed lifelong bonds that I will hold close to my heart forever. I will never truly be able to describe the many ways that this recent nature immersion has impacted me. Standing on the banks of the Colorado River as we all took in its magnificence and beauty, I was reminded of the urgent need to preserve and protect this vital lifeline.
