The Browns took to Instagram to share the exciting news with a festive holiday post of them on snuggled up on the couch with their daughters, one year-old Kodi Jane and four year-old Kingsley Rose, who is seen holding up a sonogram.
“Last Christmas of 4 🎄❤️ Merry Christmas everyone!!,” the couple captioned the post, while many of their famous friends, including Taylor Launter, Dustin Lynch, Cole Swindell, and more flooded the comments section with excitement and congratulations.
Kane and Katelyn first met in 2016 at one of the Country star’s concerts. Also a musician herself, Katelyn and Kane immediately hit it off over their mutual passion for music. Two years later, they officially tied the knot and began expanding their family the following year, welcoming their first daughter in 2019, and their second in 2021.
Collaborating on more than just children, in 2022, Kane and Katelyn released their song “Thank God,” and performed the loving duet at the 2023 CMT Music Awards.
Talking to People about the track at the time of its release, Kane said, "My fans have been waiting five years for us to sing together,” noting that there were four other songs in contention."I was like, 'Babe, you're going to be on this one, or this one or this one.' And then 'Thank God' came in and I was like, 'This is the one.' And she said the same thing, but I'm so glad I waited for this particular one to come out.”
"I keep telling everybody she's my secret weapon,” he added,” but this song is just, like, us. I feel like it's any relationship song or anybody that's married or going to get married just knows. It's like, 'God put you in my life for a reason.’"
