Kane Brown and wife, Katelyn gave fans a big surprise over the weekend revealing the arrival of their second child, a daughter they named Kodi Jane.

The news came as a complete shock to fans as the couple kept the entire pregnancy a secret…well, at least until her arrival on December 30. Now that Kodi has arrived, Kane and Katelyn are overjoyed to share their new bundle of joy with the world.
“New year, New family member,” Kane wrote alongside a photo of he and Katelyn cuddling Kodi in the hospital. “Welcome to the family Kodi Jane, secrets finally out.”
Kodi joins older sister, Kingsley, who the couple welcomed in October 2019.
Katelyn also took to Instagram to share the news with fans, telling a little about why she opted to keep pregnancy #2 a secret.
“These past 9 months have been so sacred and special to me,” she shared. “Choosing to keep my pregnancy quiet was the best decision I’ve ever made. Soaking in special moments with my daughter and husband without the influence of social media and outside world made this time that much more intimate and unforgettable.”
She continued, “Thank you for all the kind messages and love. I am so grateful and blessed to be these little girls mama and can not wait to raise strong, confident, sweet little ladies with you @kanebrown_music … you are the man we all look up to.”
Looks like Kane is officially outnumbered in his home with 3 girls but according to him, it doesn’t bother him one bit!
“I’ve always wanted a son until I had Kingsley and now I’m good with all my girls.” So sweet!
