
Not only are they beloved stars of screen, Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson are also parents and grandparents.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the couple discussed their keys to becoming successful grandparents. Do the things the kids enjoy.
“All you gotta do is love those little brats and they’re better than TV,” Hanks said. “They’re not little brats, they’re extraordinary women.”
“They are extraordinary young women,” Wilson agreed.
“You got to get on the trampoline with them, you got to get in the pool with them, you got to get on the tennis court, you got to do all the sports,” She continued. “You just got to hang out.”
Hanks then added the useful tidbit of always being sure to “make their macaroni and cheese perfectly.”
