Ellen DeGeneres Returns To TV And Addresses Those "Toxic Work Environment" Accusations

On the season premiere of her show, ELLEN DEGENERES admitted that "things happened . . . that never should have," but she said she wasn't aware of those things until now.  She said she IS the "nice" person you see on TV, but she also has days when she's sad, mad, frustrated, and impatient.
