We're getting close to Mother's Day season, and for a lot of moms, that means your kids summing up their appreciation for everything you do by gluing macaroni on construction paper. Macaroni you paid for.
According to a new survey on Yahoo.com, the average mom will get 45 homemade art gifts from her kids through their childhoods.
Now . . . 88% of moms say they LIKE those gifts and appreciate being able to look back at them. And they'll hold onto them for an average of 16 YEARS.
15% of moms say they've held onto a piece of their children's art for more than 30 YEARS.
But 42% say they've had to pretend to like a homemade gift at least once.
