According to a new survey on RedTricycle.com, the average American spent almost THREE full weeks in the past year cleaning.
Before the pandemic, we spent an average of five hours and 37 minutes a week cleaning. Once it started, that jumped up to eight hours and 49 minutes.
That means we added a full extra WEEK of cleaning into our lives during the pandemic.
The survey also asked people which spot in their house they think is the dirtiest. The top five are: Handles and knobs in the kitchen . . .
kitchen sponges . . . bathroom faucet handles . . . kitchen faucet handles . . . and coffee makers.
