Bismarck, North Dakota . . . Fargo, North Dakota . . . Madison, Wisconsin . . . and San Jose, California.
And the five at the bottom of the list are: Detroit . . . Cleveland . .
. Augusta, Georgia . . . Memphis . . . and Toledo, Ohio.
