Need to cheer yourself up this Monday? Here are some ways to do so:
1: Natalia loves this one...write a letter to someone. Who doesn't appreciate a hand written letter/note telling someone you're thinking of them/care about them? She's a sucker for a good card too.
2:Gratitude list. Things you are grateful for...helps you keep perspective of things!
3:Get moving! Get outside and walk or go workout. That gets the endorphins going.
4:Listen to the Babey Drew mix (the 757 Traffic Jam Mix) always airs around 7:40am. He is ALWAYS full of surprises and is an incredible Dj!! You can find him on Insta @djbabeydrew
5:Love on your furry friend (if you have a pet!) They will love you right back.
6:A hot shower or bath can get you relaxed and maybe put you in a better mindset.
7:Get up with some friends for dinner, lunch or drinks! Good company can lift the spirits
8:Natalia also loves this one but her wallet does not...a little retail therapy never hurt someone!
9:Give lots of hugs. Hugs help
