Over the weekend, SelGo shared a few snaps from the birthday bash. Both of which featured her and her longtime bestie celebrating her big day, and the caption "30, nerdy and worthy.” Putting a Selena spin on the classic go-to "30, flirty, and thriving" from 13 Going on 30.

It’s clear from pics that Selena and Taylor were having a blast spending time together. In the first photo, Gomez can be seen hugging Swift, who was holding up three fingers with one hand, and making an "0" with the other. While the second pic shows a giggly Gomez, and Swift giving the camera a big thumbs up.

Friends for over a dozen years, these two always seem to link up when it matters the most. So we find it no surprise it's not surprising that Gomez spent her milestone birthday with Swift.

According to Selena, the two have been pals since they both dated a Jonas Brother at the same time back in 2008. "We actually dated the Jonas Brothers together! It was hysterical," Gomez said in 2017 KISS-FM UK interview. Explaining, "it was amazing, because she was the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots, and I was definitely up-and-coming, and we just clicked. It was the best thing we got out of those relationships.” And their friendship has been going strong ever since.

Now, over a decade later, Swift is no longer the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots, and Gomez is most definitely not an up-and-comer, but the pair are ready to take on their 30s together. And we love that for them.
