The first woman, a 78-year-old, opened the door to the suspect at 8 a.m. on Thursday when he proceeded to push his way into her apartment. The push caused the victim to fall and hit her head. After she started screaming, the assailant fled her apartment without any property, police said.

The suspect then went to a second victim’s apartment, a 79-year-old woman, pushing his way into her home and locking the door behind him. After the victim and attacker had a physical confrontation, the suspect fled the scene, cops said.

The extent of the victim’s injuries are unknown as are their conditions.

Anyone with information in regard to these incidents is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
