NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Four people were injured in a drive-by shooting outside a Coney Island smoke shop on Friday afternoon, according to police.
The shooting took place outside the High Mood Smoke Shop on Mermaid Avenue near West 33rd Street around 5 p.m., officials said.
The attacker or attackers fired from a minivan and sped off, authorities said.
A 26-year-old man, 25-year-old man and 22-year-old man were each hit in the leg; and a 17-year-old boy was hit in the torso, according to the NYPD. All four are expected to survive.
Law enforcement has not yet made any arrests, and an investigation is ongoing.
One man was killed and three injured in a Bronx shooting earlier Friday.
