VIDEO: Advil robber who swung bike chain at Brooklyn pharmacy owner sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released surveillance footage of a man they are looking to identify over a robbery at a Brooklyn pharmacy last month.

According to officials, at approximately 3 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 20, the suspect entered the Brooklyn Family Pharmacy located at 355 Avenue X in Gravesend and stole a pack of Advil from the counter.

The suspect was later confronted by the 31-year-old owner, who demanded return of the stolen item.

Authorities said the suspect then removed a bike chain from his scooter and swung it towards the owner before exiting the store with the stolen property.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt with the word "Miami" in front of it, blue jeans, black belt, black sneakers, red hat and carrying a multi-color bag.
