NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a woman who attacked another woman with her high heel shoes near Union Square Park on Sunday.
The 43-year-old woman was talking with the attacker around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of University Place and East 13th Street, a block away from Union Square, authorities said.
The attacker took off her heels and hit the victim multiple times in the back before fleeing on foot, according to officials.
The victim suffered some cuts and bruises but refused medical attention at the scene.
