
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a group of five teenagers who jumped and robbed a 46-year-old woman in Williamsburg on Thursday.
The group of boys and girls attacked the victim around 11:50 p.m. on Broadway near South Eighth Street, according to officials.
They punched and kicked her, dragged her on the ground and stole her purse, authorities said.
The purse had the woman’s cellphone, a wallet and about $25 cash in it.
EMS brought the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull in stable condition with injuries to her head and body.
