NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is investigating the death of a man found in a bathtub inside a Queens apartment overnight, according to authorities.
At approximately 8:23 p.m. police responded to a 911 call of an aided male at a residence located at 18 Scott A Gadell Pl. in Far Rockaway.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified man, unconscious and unresponsive, in the bathtub of the apartment.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, had a sheet placed loosely around his head, the Daily News reported.
There were no obvious signs of trauma observed and the Medical Examiner will determine the man's cause of death.
An investigation remains ongoing.
