NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – An argument over a Bronx parking spot ended with a driver getting assaulted and robbed, police said Tuesday as they released an image of his suspected attacker.
The two men got into a dispute over a parking space at Nelson Avenue and West 166th Street in the Highbridge section around 1:30 p.m. on March 30.
During the face-off, the suspect grabbed an rod-like object from his vehicle and struck the 47-year-old victim in the arm with it, police said.
An iPhone that the victim was holding fell to the ground, and the other man snatched it up and drove off in a white Infiniti, according to police.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
