The 39-year-old man was at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Farragut Road in Flatbush around 6:15 a.m. when he was grazed by a bullet from an unidentified assailant.
The driver was taken to King County Hospital for treatment and is in stable condition.
Authorities say the suspect fled in a silver two-door sedan, but police are not sure of the make or license plate number.
The NYPD is currently investigating whether the bullet was meant for the taxi driver’s passenger or not.
