Duo on moped shoots 4 men on Queens street, 1 fatally

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man is dead and three others are injured after a pair of gunmen on a moped opened fire in Queens Sunday, authorities said.

The four victims were outside of 41st Ave. near Warren Street in Elmhurst around 1:30 p.m. when the shooting occurred, police said.

A 28-year-old man was fatally struck as well as a 26-year-old man shot in the hand, a 29-year-old man hit in the cheek and arm and a 32-year-old shot in the torso, according to officials.

All of the victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital where the 28-year-old succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead while the other three men are in stable condition.

The identity of the fatally shot man was not immediately released.
No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
