NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- The NYPD released video Monday of one of two gunmen sought in a shootout at a Staten Island park last week that led to a police-involved shooting.

The other alleged gunman, Raymond Jackson, 29, was arrested shortly after the shooting at Sobel Court Park in the Clifton neighborhood on the afternoon of April 16.

Jackson was charged with attempted murder of a police officer, among other crimes, after allegedly pointed a gun at responding officers.

However, the second shooter got away on a bicycle and was still being sought, the NYPD said Monday.

It all started when Jackson and the other man got into an argument in the park just before 4 p.m. and exchanged gunfire, threatening the lives of parkgoers and NYPD officers who were responding to the gunshots, police said.

When officers confronted the two men and commanded them to drop their weapons, neither complied. One of the officers discharged his service weapon, according to police, who said no one was struck.

Jackson was taken into custody, but the second man fled on the bike and hasn't been seen since, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
