NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man slammed a woman’s head into a subway train door in an unprovoked attack in Brooklyn, police said Friday as they released video of a suspect.

The 22-year-old victim was sitting on a southbound L train at the Myrtle–Wyckoff Avenues station at 1:30 a.m. when the man attacked her.

He grabbed her head and pushed her against the train doors, police said.

The victim suffered pain and swelling. She refused medical attention at the scene.

The suspect, believed to be in his 40s, was last seen fleeing the train.
