NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 42-year-old motorcyclist was struck by a car overnight, authorities said.
It happened at about 11:30 p.m. at 145th Street and the Henry Hudson Parkway in Hamilton Heights.
The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem where he died.
The vehicle that struck him drove off, officials said.
An investigation is ongoing.
The highway was shut down for several hours between 145th and 125th Street and opened back at 4 a.m.
