NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An off-duty NYPD traffic enforcement agent was arrested in Queens early Wednesday for assaulting another person, authorities said.

The 39-year-old NYPD employee, Thania Guiterrez, had a physical altercation with another person, hitting them in the face causing bruising, police said.
Guiterrez was arrested around 12:24 a.m. and charged with robbery, three counts of assault and two counts of harassment.
Cops said the nature of the relationship between Guiterrez and the victim was unclear.
