NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police were reportedly searching Thursday for the roommate of a Brooklyn man who was found dead in bed with head injuries.
James Hudley, 53, was found unconscious by NYPD officers responding to a 911 call around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at his apartment on Hinsdale Street, near Linden Boulevard, in East New York.
Hudley was lying face down on his bed with apparent head trauma, police said.
EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
The case has been deemed a homicide, police said. The medical examiner will determine how he died as the investigation continues.
Someone had called 911 to report a fight between Hudley and his roommate before the body was found, the Daily News reported.
Police are now reportedly searching for Hudley’s roommate, who they want to question in the case.
