
NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Chaos unfolded on a quiet Staten Island street as a woman was set on by a stranger who stole her car keys, police said Tuesday.
The NYPD released images of the woman they’re searching for in Sunday’s attack at Manor Road and Bolivar Street in Manor Heights.
The 61-year-old victim was walking in the area around 2:30 p.m. when the other woman grabbed her hair and pulled her to the ground, police said.
She then snatched the victim’s car keys from the ground and fled on foot up Manor Road, according to police.
The victim suffered bruising and swelling to her body. She was treated at the scene by EMS.
